Mariate Lario is responsible for the data files generated with the personal information provided by the user of the http://www.mariate.com website in compliance with the Spanish Personal Data Protection Organic Law 15/1999, dated December 13th. Mariate Lario agrees to maintain the privacy of the users´ personal data and keep them confidential as required by law. To this effect, she will implement any necessary measures to avoid any tampering, loss, or unauthorized processing or access of the user´s personal data.
The purpose of automated collection and processing of personal data is to manage the information and queries submitted by the user and to include these in a Contacts data file, which will be properly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency for the purposes of commercial research and leads management.

Mariate Lario has established an appropriate level of personal data protection measures as required by the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21st, approving the regulations for the Personal Data Protection Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th, and has implemented the technical capabilities at her disposal in order to prevent any loss, misuse, tampering, theft and unauthorized use of the data provided by the user to Mariate Lario.
